WellNest Festival 2025A Family-Centered Celebration

On 9 August 2025, more than 2,200 people came together in Jakarta for the first WellNest Festival — a one-day celebration of movement, nutrition and mental well-being, co-presented with Prudential Indonesia.

For the first time we opened our doors not only to adults but to children and families. Parent-and-me yoga, kids' healthy plate workshops, art therapy, journaling circles, sound healing and a sensory room filled every corner of Habitat Park.

From inspiring talkshows on parenting and nutrition to couple yoga, cardio dance, LIIT and an affirmation wall, over twenty experiences carried one belief: wellness is not about drastic changes, but small, meaningful practices that create lasting impact.

WellNest was more than an event — it was a milestone in our mission to make wellness approachable, inclusive and joyful, and the blueprint for every gathering still to come.
